Our new Charcoal Sourdough is blacker than black, with contrasting bright white flour dusting. It also contains activated charcoal, an ingredient which boasts health benefits from aiding digestion to removing toxins from the body.

Wheat flour, Water, Leaven, Activated charcoal, Iodised salt, Wheat gluten, Malted wheat flour.
