A delicious, dark European style loaf with a soft, porous, crust. This bread is made with a combination of Rye and Wheat flours, so it is not as dark as pure rye would be, but chewier and more tangy than a standard wholemeal loaf would be.
Perfect for dunking in soup and mopping up stews!

Water, Wheat flour, Leaven, Rye meal, Spelt wholemeal flour, Wheat gluten, Sunflower seeds, Iodised salt, Malted wheat flour, Colour.
