Spinach Bites – Made from a salty Feta Style Vegan Cheese mixed with spinach.

Curried Lentils Cocktail size pie filled with a mild potato and lentil curry.

Ratatouille Open Pie – eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, tomato, olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Wild Leek and Spinach – Crisp gluten free pastry pie with a wild leek and spinach filling
