Tres Leches Cake

A South American favourite! 

8″ Serves up to 14 people
 
Blow-torched Italian meringue on the outside, the inside is a fluffy vanilla sponge soaked with a mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk and cream. 
The delicious sponge is then layered with a smooth cream made from condensed milk. 
 
Topped with blueberries, this is a much-loved classic.

Ingredients:
Sponge: Eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Filling: Evaporated milk, condensed milk, thickened cream and vanilla extract.
