Description

Very popular South American delicacy. 
 
Dulce de leche is made from milk and sugar which is stirred for several hours until it reaches a beautiful caramel. 
This caramel is then used to create a delicious baked cheesecake paired perfectly with a ginger and biscuit crumb base. 

Ingredients:
Base: Ginger nut biscuits, Nice biscuits and butter.
Filling: Cream cheese, dulce de leche, thickened cream, eggs and cornflour.
